What does Reiki feel like?

Reiki Therapy is a Japanese energy practice that supports the body’s natural healing ability. Reiki works with the underlying spiritual life force energy that is in all living things. A Reiki Practitioner channels a flow of energy to the client, helping to free up and strengthen the flow of energy in the client’s body and to replenish energy store. The client’s own energy system directs how the energy is used in their body. The result leaves the client feeling calm, relaxed, and aligned.
